TrendHR is partnering with a large, nationwide company in the DFW area in search of a Benefits Analyst on a consulting basis with possibility of going permanent. 

 

Job Duties:

 

  • Strong knowledge of annual enrollment, ADA, 401K and LOA and Workers Compensation
  • LOA- provide counsel, FMLA guidelines, policies, coaching, application, medical certifications, proper LOA documentation, enrollments and terminations
  • Worker Comp- working with third party vendor, attorneys and adjustors to ensure monitoring of compensation claims, coordinate approvals and gather relevant data
  • Oversee vacation and sick pay policies
  • Research, create and distribute standard reports of current market plans
  • Key point of contact for any and all employee questions or escalations
  • Strong experience with Multi-Site and Multi-State benefit enrollment required

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field OR Equivalent Work Experience
  • 5+ years in heavy benefit administration
  • Experience in administering FMLA, CFRA, Military, Pregnancy disability, Personal Leave, Health and Welfare Benefits
  • Heavy FMLA and Workers Compensation knowledge
  • Solid Excel Skills (pivot table and V-Lookup)
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Strong problem solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible with work hours according to business demand

 

This position will be a 6+ month contract/consulting role with potential to go permanent.  Relocation not included.
